Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. 01

Open Tickets and expand Triage filters. Start with a queue whose ownership and status already match your responsibility.

  2. 02

Choose reviewed intent, sentiment, or urgency, and use the review-status filter when you need to distinguish fresh from outdated classifications.

  3. 03

Open a matching ticket and read the messages behind the labels. A label is a description of a review, not a guarantee about the customer’s issue.

  4. 04

Save the view when the combination will be useful again. Clear the filters when checking whether a supposedly missing ticket is simply outside the current view.

A closer look at the interface

These are actual product captures from a fictional demo workspace. Navigation and available controls can differ by role, configuration, or release.

Ticket queues and saved views

Saved views combine ordinary ticket filters with optional reviewed-triage filters.

  1. 1Choose the queue that matches your responsibility.
  2. 2Apply filters before saving the view.
  3. 3Reviewed urgency is distinct from the actual priority.

Expected result

A focused queue of tickets with the review criteria you selected.

Important details

Never-reviewed tickets and reviews made before newer messages can require renewed attention. The actual priority remains a separate property.
