Before you start
  • An accessible saved report and a ready service sender.

Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. 01

Open Analytics, select a saved report, and choose Schedule email. A working service-email sender is required before enabling delivery.

  2. 02

Choose daily or weekly delivery, the delivery time, and an IANA timezone. Confirm the recipient shown is your account email.

  3. 03

Preview the report where available. Previewing does not send email or change the schedule; check the filters and content before enabling it.

  4. 04

Enable the schedule and inspect delivery history after a due occurrence. Distinguish queued, sending, provider accepted, failed, cancelled, and unknown outcomes.

  5. 05

Check your mailbox to confirm arrival. If the outcome is unknown, inspect provider and inbox evidence before arranging another delivery.

Important details

There are no arbitrary external recipients or group mailing lists in this workflow. Permissions and saved-definition freshness are checked again before delivery.

Provider accepted does not mean inbox delivery. An email already in flight cannot be recalled.
