Open Website widget to use Widget Studio. Appearance contains colors, layout and logo; Content contains welcome and status text; Behavior contains language, typing and sound.

Switch between desktop and mobile previews and the Welcome, Conversation and Away examples. These are illustrative views, not live sessions. On a narrow screen, choose Show preview. Choose Save changes to publish your edits.

Open test page in a new tab. Start a chat, send a message, and reply from Team inbox. Repeat on a phone with the keyboard open.

Install the embed code on an allowed website. Verify the host page styles, launcher position, and close action in a private tab.
