How to do it

Open Settings, then Launch guide. Save your company name and reporting timezone.

Invite a teammate or continue with your owner account. Set coverage and an outside-hours message so visitors know when to expect a reply.

Name the widget, write its welcome message, choose a brand color, and add the website address you will test.

Open the visitor test page from the guide. Start a conversation, send a message, and reply from Team inbox in another tab.
- 05
Mark the test complete, then review Workspace health before installing the embed code on your site.
