How to do it

Open Settings, then Workspace health. Review the overall score and each card’s Ready, Needs attention, Setup required, or Optional state.

Choose a card’s action to open the relevant configuration page. Start with required profile, widget, legal, and billing items.

After saving a setting, return and use Refresh. Check channels, knowledge indexing, AI readiness, and delivery failures if you use those features.
