Confirm the assistant is enabled in Automation & AI. Preview the question against a published article in the visitor’s language.

Check that the article is approved, published, current, and indexed if semantic knowledge is enabled.

Review confidence, source, freshness, handoff phrase, and reply-limit settings. An unknown question or low confidence is supposed to reach a human.

Check Workspace health for provider or knowledge-index issues and review unsafe-answer events before changing thresholds.
