Use the sound control in the workspace header to change message sounds. Test the sound with a real incoming message.

If the browser offers desktop notification permission, choose the setting you want. RelayDesk can still show in-app unread activity without native permission.

Keep the workspace open for live updates. If an alert is missing, refresh the inbox and inspect your browser’s site sound and notification settings.
