Connect a custom help center domain

How to do it

1. 01

   Open Branding & domains and enter a hostname such as help.example.com.

2. 02

   Copy the DNS TXT ownership challenge and CNAME destination shown by RelayDesk into your DNS provider. Do not guess their values.

3. 03

   Wait for DNS propagation and choose Verify in the workspace. Enable the domain once ownership and routing are confirmed.

4. 04

   Open the HTTPS help center on the new hostname, test article search and chat, and keep the old link until your visitors have migrated.
