Build a useful ticket queue with saved views
Keep a repeatable view of the work your team needs to review.
- Access to Tickets.
Step-by-step walkthrough
- 01
Open Tickets and choose a starting queue such as Mine, My teams, Unassigned, Open, or Pending. Counts and records follow your current access.
- 02
Apply the relevant priority, channel, team, assignee, tag, and search filters. Select a sorting option that matches the review you are doing.
- 03
If using reviewed triage, expand Triage filters and choose the labels or review freshness that matter. A suggested urgency label does not change the ticket priority.
- 04
Choose Save current view and give it a descriptive name. Reopen the saved view and confirm the same filters and sorting are applied.
- 05
When a ticket seems missing, clear the view and filters before assuming it was deleted. Assignment changes can also change your access to the record.
A closer look at the interface
These are actual product captures from a fictional demo workspace. Navigation and available controls can differ by role, configuration, or release.
Ticket queues and saved views
- 1Choose the queue that matches your responsibility.
- 2Apply filters before saving the view.
- 3Reviewed urgency is distinct from the actual priority.
Expected result
A reusable queue focused on the work you intend to review.
Important details
