Launch customer onboarding and billing
Use the Commercial Launch Center to connect website enquiries, owner invitations, policy publication, and paid billing verification.
- Sign in as a platform owner. Install release 0.12.59 after the Basic-plan update.
Step-by-step walkthrough
- 01
Open Platform administration, then Commercial launch. Refresh checks to read current website, sender, policy, billing, and invitation status.
- 02
Resolve the Next action card, then review each configuration check. An unavailable source is not a passed check; use its settings page or refresh after correcting the connection.
- 03
Open the public enquiry form and submit an owned test request. Confirm the intended team inbox receives it and a staff reply appears in the visitor conversation.
- 04
Use Create customer workspace after agreeing the plan with the customer. Basic has no payment or trial expiry. Review invitations under Awaiting acceptance, Expired invitations, or Invitation needed, then open the workspace record for review and resend controls.
- 05
Review published customer policy versions through Policies. This page checks publication status only; it does not approve text, publish documents, or accept terms on a customer’s behalf.
- 06
For paid access, configure the approved monthly USD prices privately on the server and check Billing diagnostics. Test checkout, signed events, correct plan limits, invoice access, and cancellation behavior before relying on live payments.
- 07
Use Production acceptance to record the deployment-specific customer and operational checks. Configuration results never automatically complete these manual tests.
Expected result
The operator can identify the next customer-onboarding action and distinguish configured services from verified customer journeys.
Important details
Invitation queues show up to 25 workspaces per category. All workspaces provides paging and search. Service-email history is a sample of the latest 100 queued messages, not a lifetime failure count.
Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. A configured Stripe catalog does not prove a completed live payment. Public signup and billing activation remain under operator control.
